Bowei is currently an MPhil student in the Red Bird MPhil Program at HKUST(GZ). His research lies at the intersection of geospatial artificial intelligence and urban studies. His work covers urban intelligent agents, spatiotemporal retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent urban simulation, spatial knowledge graph construction, and multimodal human-environment perception. He has practical experience building spatially driven evaluation systems and conducting multimodal perception experiments. He has led national-level research competitions and participated in provincial research projects, translating data-driven findings into actionable urban governance solutions. At HKUST(GZ), he focuses on integrating foundation-model techniques with geospatial domain knowledge to support empirical urban scenario decision-making.
